Old Portsmouth (was quite tiny as compared to today's)

The new ultra-modern mall and sea-front apparts by the needle were impressive as well.

The boat tour of the harbor gave us a better appreciation of the strategic location of Portsmouth throughout the ages (from Roman times, to the middle-ages, through to World War II and today).

Today we went down to Portsmouth (where Johannie went to Uni) and visited many new attractions. The Spinnaker tower resembles a construction in Dubai (http://www.spinnakertower.co.uk).
