D200 first trials
my trials with a Nikon D200 and a Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 lens. Still lots to learn & perfect, like the optimized use of iTTL remote flash, measured W/B, etc...
Practical training @ Focus-on-Imaging
Hands-on training on how to shoot a model, with a Leaf Aptus 75 Digital Back (33 Megapixel) and a Hasselbald H3D-31 and the CF-MS (large format) back, offering a wooping 39 Megapixel !
The sensors are more than twice the physical size of today’s 35mm sensors, which means more and larger pixels. This ensures the highest possible image quality and moiré free color rendering without gradation break-ups - in even the most subtly lit surfaces.

London's Tower Bridge, as a Bluetooth device !
For a week, some company has transformed the famous Tower Bridge into the world's largest Bluetooth device. Using multi-colored lights strung across the length of the upper walkway, technicians have created a gigantic interactive exhibit wherein sensors located at either end detect travelers' Bluetooth-enabled gadgets (cellphones, laptops, PDA's, GPS, etc.) and then track their progress in pseudo-real-time as they move across the bridge. Visually, the movement is represented by a uniquely-colored pixel appearing at more-or-less the same spot on the walkway as the device; to a faraway observer, it would look like this single "pixel" was making the journey from one end to the other... see the full article at http://www.hackaday.com/2007/02/14/bluetooth-enabled-london-bridge/
